Word Perfect is very flexible and fairly easy to use. MS Word will not open up a Word Perfect format document. the major issue is if you need to share a document with most anyone else, you need to save in MS Word format. You can open and save various formats in Word Perfect, even the MS formats. the open source freeware ones are easier to use, for us, than the MS products. If we are not able to easily use some document in Word Perfect, then we go to LibreOffice or OpenOffice. From brochures, to text documents, to importing images or pictures, scaling, Reveal Codes, printing, sizing various items and functions these are better and easier to do in Word Perfect. The printing on various paper media and sizes is much better and sometimes easier. The features and tools are easier to use and to find. The word processing product has always been better than MS Word. My wife and I have been using Word Perfect products for over 30 years.
